Remote Adherence Medical Assistant at Nsight Health

Nsight Health is hiring a remote Adherence Medical Assistant to improve patient participation in remote patient monitoring. The role focuses on outreach, education, documentation, and escalation of clinical concerns.

Description

  • Reach patients by phone to advance adherence and remote patient monitoring engagement.
  • Explain the importance of completing required physiological readings each month and encourage patients to do so.
  • Conduct Interactive Communication calls to evaluate patient status and strengthen clinical engagement.
  • Use education and motivational techniques to uncover and address adherence obstacles.
  • Organize outreach according to patient adherence levels and campaign priorities.
  • Record every patient interaction accurately while meeting compliance standards.
  • Refer clinical concerns and patient issues to the appropriate care team.
  • Coordinate with internal partners and AI-based outreach tools to support efficient patient engagement.
  • Finish the required training program before working with patients independently.

Requirements

  • Hold an active Medical Assistant license.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and persuasive abilities.
  • Show a genuine interest in patient education and engagement.
  • Have moderate to advanced proficiency with electronic health record systems.
  • Prior experience in a medical or sales-oriented position is preferred.
  • Maintain internet service with at least 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Use a hardwired internet connection.
  • Submit an internet speed test during the offer process.
  • Work from a private space that complies with HIPAA requirements.
  • Complete the mandatory four-week training program.
  • Attend training Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
