Regulatory Reporting Analyst, FR 2052A – U.S. Bank Hybrid

Support U.S. Bank’s FR 2052A liquidity reporting through data validation, control oversight, and reporting improvements. Help automate processes, resolve data issues, and strengthen regulatory reporting readiness.

Description

  • Support the production, oversight, and ongoing improvement of the Bank’s FR 2052A regulatory liquidity reporting
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliations, variance analysis, and data quality investigations
  • Help deliver accurate daily and monthly FR 2052A reporting, reconciliations, and key controls on schedule
  • Investigate reporting data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with Technology and Treasury stakeholders on remediation
  • Contribute to FR 2052A process improvements, reporting automation, and Category II regulatory readiness initiatives
  • Lead assigned workstreams focused on automation, process transformation, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain and improve data lineage, mapping documentation, and control frameworks
  • Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and issue remediation
  • Collaborate with Liquidity Risk Management, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams
  • Test reporting enhancements end to end through reconciliations and production readiness activities
  • Track regulatory guidance and industry practices, implementing necessary reporting and control enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least three years of related experience
  • Familiarity with FR 2052A liquidity reporting
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis methods and general accounting procedures
  • Strong analytical and SQL querying skills
  • Thorough knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data
  • Strong technical proficiency with data mining and visualization tools
  • Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and applicable workplace conduct and safety policies
