Description
- Provide resident care support across assigned regional communities
- Ensure residents receive appropriate wellness services and assistance with daily living activities
- Direct resident care and medication programs
- Administer and maintain resident care policies
- Maintain compliant use of RealPage in line with company standards
- Educate and develop community staff
- Provide operational support across multiple communities in the assigned region
Requirements
- California residency is preferred, particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Hold a valid California nursing license in good standing as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Possess a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
- Assisted living clinical experience is preferred
- Four years of experience in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) is preferred
- Three years of employee supervision and management experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to teach and train staff effectively
- Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Successful completion of criminal background and health screening checks, including physical and tuberculosis testing
- Willingness to follow applicable vaccination, screening, surveillance testing, face-covering, and PPE requirements under regulatory guidance
