Maintain and improve dashboards tracking training KPIs
Develop risk assessment proposals by analyzing recurring incident patterns and supporting a standardized template
Distribute best practices and operational learnings across service locations
Maintain safety training records for site technicians and subcontractors
Track HSE training certifications, verify compliance, and update relevant systems
Perform quality reviews of maintenance plans and associated reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline
Two to four years of experience; wind industry experience is advantageous
HSE training certification such as NEBOSH
Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a comparable role
Strong Excel-based analytical and data-handling abilities
Well-organized approach to time management and task prioritization
Effective stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
