Pre-Sales Solutions Architect - Latin America (Remote)
Blackwall is hiring a remote Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to support customers and partners across Latin America. The role combines solution design, proof-of-concept leadership, technical presentations, and enterprise sales support for cybersecurity and web infrastructure products.
Description
- Lead integrations of Blackwall products and solutions within client and partner environments
- Evaluate existing architectures and work with architecture and development teams on solution recommendations
- Troubleshoot technical issues while designing, adapting, and validating technical solutions
- Advise development teams and clients on technical matters
- Explain technical issues to stakeholders and evaluate their business implications
- Keep stakeholders informed about product development activities
- Engage clients directly to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements
- Review client systems and processes to find opportunities for Blackwall solutions to deliver value
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Partner with sales teams to define proposed solutions and communicate their technical and commercial value
- Provide continuing third-level technical support to partners
Requirements
- At least five years of progressive experience in infrastructure, hosting, or e-commerce, ideally in a customer-facing Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect role
- Intermediate to advanced Linux proficiency
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Linux command line for administration, troubleshooting, and operational work
- Working knowledge of web hosting, firewalling, and web traffic management
- Ability to work effectively in a startup setting focused on shared success
- Ownership mindset with the ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and deliver outcomes
- Excellent communication skills for building and sustaining client and partner relationships
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-moving, changing environment
- Self-directed contributor who also works effectively as part of a team
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Fluency in English and Spanish
