PCL Construction Technology Analyst - Saskatoon

Support PCL Construction’s projects, jobsites, servers, and technology users in Saskatoon. Provide technical training, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver regional technology initiatives.

Description

  • Resolve user-reported issues through approved support procedures.
  • Set up and close down district jobsites, including remote assistance.
  • Develop and deliver technical training and knowledge resources.
  • Administer and monitor office and construction-site servers and technology solutions, responding to operational issues.
  • Record problems and resolutions accurately and promptly in the problem-management database.
  • Support colleagues with technical issues.
  • Identify issues, challenges, and improvement opportunities, then develop solutions.
  • Gather feedback from project teams to uncover innovations, challenges, and operational issues.
  • Support the implementation of corporate and regional initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer technology or a related field.
  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Intermediate problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, multitask, and delegate straightforward tasks.
  • Results-focused approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of change-management methodologies is an asset.
  • Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders.
