Patient Journey Partner, Ophthalmology – Roche, Chennai Onsite
Partner with hospital stakeholders in Chennai to advance Roche’s ophthalmology therapies and improve patient journeys. Map care pathways, develop customer solutions, implement commercial agreements, and support innovation adoption.
Description
- Manage end-to-end relationships and legitimate needs for key therapy-area experts
- Understand account structures, stakeholders, influencers, decision-makers, and patient profiles
- Help analyze patient journeys and customer purchasing processes
- Map patient journeys and co-create patient-focused solutions with customers
- Build comprehensive account relationships and partnerships that create shared value
- Act as the contact for healthcare professional questions about brands and therapies
- Accelerate adoption of Roche innovations
- Support patient outcomes, business impact, and cluster P&L performance
- Execute commercial contracts within assigned accounts
- Develop lasting relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders, and influencers
- Co-create solutions and relevant value propositions for account-specific challenges
- Share account intelligence with the launch excellence team
- Develop value propositions and help accelerate new product and SKU inclusion
- Oversee projections, forecasts, and inventory for key accounts
- Report account performance trends to the cluster team
Requirements
- Relevant experience in ophthalmology or a related specialty
- A relevant graduate degree is required; postgraduate study is preferred
- More than eight years of experience, preferably including at least four years in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable sector
- Strong knowledge of designing and delivering patient support programs
- Demonstrated project or program management expertise
- Effective collaboration and professional networking abilities
- Process-focused approach with alliance management experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred
- Knowledge of a local language is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate
