Outbound Sales Representative – South Africa (Remote)
Sell ELVTR’s live online courses from instructors at leading companies, including Nike, Netflix, and Google. Manage the full B2C sales cycle, from prospect engagement through high-value enrollment.
Description
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads
- Lead confident sales conversations and close deals in a high-pressure environment
- Recommend the ELVTR program that best matches each prospect’s needs
- Address objections and convert prospects into high-value enrollments
- Develop and oversee an individual sales pipeline
- Maintain complete and accurate CRM records
- Meet and surpass activity and revenue goals
- Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success
- Deliver a positive experience for every student
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales
- Resilience in high-activity environments and when handling rejection
- Ability to capture a prospect’s interest within the first 30 seconds of a call
- Strong, confident spoken and written English
- Skilled objection handling with the ability to guide prospects toward a decision
- Working knowledge of CRMs and sales engagement platforms
- Highly organized and disciplined in managing a substantial pipeline
- Accountability for sales performance and dedication to ongoing improvement
- A genuine belief in the transformative power of education
