Description
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads
- Lead direct sales conversations and close confidently
- Recommend the ELVTR program most relevant to each prospect
- Address objections and secure high-value enrollments
- Develop and maintain an individual sales pipeline
- Maintain complete and accurate CRM records
- Meet and surpass activity and revenue goals
- Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales
- Resilience in a high-activity environment and comfort handling rejection
- Ability to capture a prospect’s interest within the first 30 seconds of a call
- Strong, confident spoken and written English
- Skilled in overcoming objections and guiding prospect decisions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Highly organized and disciplined in managing a substantial pipeline
- Accountable approach to sales performance with a commitment to ongoing improvement
