Operations Coordinator Mexico City Hybrid
Support Euronet’s local ATM operations, vendor relationships, and deployment projects in a hybrid Mexico City role. Euronet provides payment processing and cross-border transaction solutions across more than 160 countries.
Description
- Support the expansion, maintenance, and day-to-day performance of Euronet’s ATM network, with attention to availability, reliability, efficiency, revenue, and cost control.
- Coordinate external providers across security, installation, transportation, cash-in-transit, field services, and other vendor functions.
- Verify that providers meet applicable local and global standards.
- Deliver local operational and technical support to Central Operations across IT, telecommunications, infrastructure, and ATM activities.
- Coordinate ATM deployment projects from site surveys and preparation through installation, testing, documentation, and go-live.
- Maintain inventories for ATMs, telecommunications equipment, and sites.
- Track processes, service-level agreements, dependencies, documentation, and supplier costs.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear information flow, resolve issues promptly, and deliver ATM projects and operational activities successfully.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, information technology, project management, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant operations or IT experience, preferably in banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail.
- Experience coordinating projects and delivering operational initiatives.
- Experience with ATM systems or software is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and technical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Power Pivot and Power BI is preferred.
- Fluent English and native Spanish.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Consistent focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Submit a CV in English.
