Office and Facilities Coordinator - Houston Onsite

Worldwide Oilfield Machine is hiring an Office and Facilities Coordinator to support Houston-area office operations, vendors, maintenance, safety, and administrative processes. This onsite, full-time role covers facilities coordination, vehicle registration, uniforms, supplies, restroom services, and maintenance tracking.

Description

  • Assist with basic general maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate vendors supporting maintenance activities
  • Oversee vehicle registration processes
  • Administer uniform programs
  • Manage restroom supplies, maintenance, and cleaning personnel
  • Provide administrative support for maintenance operations
  • Maintain the SharePoint-based system for tracking maintenance requests
  • Follow WOM management processes and procedures
  • Keep vendor records and related systems current
  • Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Follow environmental, health, and safety requirements
  • Handle additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Two to five years of facilities coordination experience
  • Take initiative, resolve problems, and make decisions within the role’s scope
  • Experience working in a fast-paced workplace
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service ability and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of the processes, policies, and procedures used to support an oil and gas company
  • Excellent organization and time management, with close attention to detail
  • Ability to manage pressure and multiple tasks without direct supervision
  • Ability to work independently
  • Spanish language skills are preferred but not required
