Nabisco Merchandiser and Order Writer

Represent Mondelēz in Nebraska grocery stores by stocking Nabisco snacks, managing orders and displays, and building store relationships. Support promotions and product launches while keeping shelves stocked and merchandising standards on track.

Description

  • Represent Mondelēz professionally and positively during in-store visits.
  • Provide strong customer service to store teams and shoppers as a company representative.
  • Visit stores daily according to Mondelēz DSD merchandising standards and capture display photos using DMI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff.
  • Order products on an iPad through Salesforce to keep shelves and displays stocked.
  • Set up promotional displays and follow plans negotiated by the RTM.
  • Follow the RTM’s daily schedules and priorities to cover retail locations efficiently.
  • Assist with seasonal sales, new product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
  • Share store-level observations, issues, and opportunities with the RTM and management team.
  • Lift, bend, and move products while following safety and compliance procedures.
  • Stock shelves and move products from stockrooms to the sales floor.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude and be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
  • Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Omaha, Nebraska.
  • Be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
  • Be able to start between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m., depending on delivery times.
  • Be able to work 40 hours per week.
