Description

  • Produce motion graphics, animations, and video assets for organic social media and H&R Block’s owned digital platforms
  • Use visual storytelling to advance brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer education goals
  • Work with social, content, and creative partners to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives through motion
  • Create platform-specific motion assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Turn brand messages, campaign goals, and creative direction into persuasive motion experiences
  • Apply brand standards and channel best practices consistently across all creative deliverables
  • Bring forward concepts informed by cultural moments, platform developments, and audience behavior
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, videographers, and marketing partners across the production process
  • Uphold strong production quality while balancing multiple assignments and deadlines
  • Track developments in social-first content, animation methods, and digital storytelling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in motion design, graphic design, digital media, animation, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of experience in motion graphics, animation, digital content production, or a comparable field
  • A strong portfolio featuring motion design, video editing, animation, and visual storytelling for social and digital media
  • Background producing creative for social media and digital marketing platforms
  • Solid knowledge of channel-specific content standards and audience engagement patterns
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud, and comparable motion design software
  • Strong command of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and core design principles
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional partners
  • Capacity to organize several projects in a fast-moving creative setting
  • Experience applying established brand guidelines is preferred
