Strategic Partnerships Operations Associate - Austin Hybrid

Coordinate recruitment, speaker contracting, and event delivery for IDEOlogy Health’s medical education programs. Manage timelines, analytics, reporting, and collaboration across internal teams and clients.

Description

  • Coordinate daily event recruitment and speaker contracting activities
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across project teams
  • Maintain reliable data and analytics for medical education events
  • Oversee several events at once with support from Strategic Partnership Directors
  • Work with event planning, business development, and marketing teams to deliver events
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed about issues and potential resolutions
  • Create progress reports for internal teams and clients
  • Present updates in weekly team meetings
  • Improve workflows and build more efficient operating processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • One to three years of experience preferred
  • Communications, business, or a related field of study preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently while keeping the manager informed and aligned
  • Able to recognize and resolve project issues with limited supervision and escalate when necessary
  • Willing to ask questions and anticipate obstacles proactively
  • Hybrid schedule requiring two days per week in the Austin, Texas office
