Description

Prepare Service Invoices (NFS-e) in line with applicable legislation and company procedures
Examine contracts, orders, and supporting details to bill delivered services accurately
Track billing schedules and send invoices to customers on time
Identify and resolve registration, tax, and operational issues affecting invoice issuance
Respond to customer questions about tax documents and billing

Requirements

Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related discipline
Prior professional experience in finance
Practical experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Working knowledge of billing procedures and Service Invoice (NFS-e) issuance
Ability to review financial documents and related information
Knowledge of bank and financial reconciliation processes
Basic understanding of tax procedures
Experience using financial software or ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Analytical, organized, proactive, and effective in interpersonal communication and teamwork
