Mid-Level DevOps Automation Systems Analyst — Remote in Brazil

Join Lanlink as a DevOps analyst responsible for keeping IT environments operational. The role focuses on infrastructure automation, containers, Kubernetes, security, and CI/CD pipelines.

Description

  • Provide remote and on-site support to implement and keep environments fully operational
  • Apply configuration management tools to ensure consistency and standardization across environments
  • Manage containerized environments and orchestrators, including Docker and Kubernetes
  • Automate the creation, configuration, and scaling of servers, clusters, and other on-premises and cloud resources
  • Investigate and resolve production issues while implementing preventive measures
  • Protect environments through access controls, encryption, and information security best practices
  • Run performance and stability tests to validate improvements and uncover bottlenecks
  • Maintain documentation for automation pipelines, configurations, technical procedures, and improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align automation, CI/CD strategies, and DevOps practices

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Documented professional experience in the role through employment records or a statement from a former public or private employer
  • Partner with development teams to incorporate DevOps practices
  • Professional experience automating infrastructure with Ansible and/or Terraform
  • Experience deploying scalable and resilient systems with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Ability to create and carry out application migration plans for Kubernetes
  • Experience diagnosing infrastructure issues in Kubernetes environments
  • At least 12 hours of ITIL v4 training
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or a higher-level official certification
  • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification
  • DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (LFS162) course or equivalent
