Description

Design and develop power electronics equipment from concept through prototype validation
Define mechanical solutions integrating semiconductors, inductors, transformers, filters, and connection systems
Create 3D models, drawings, and technical product documentation
Contribute to mechanical architectures focused on reliability, maintainability, and safety
Adapt designs to functional, regulatory, and customer requirements
Support thermal design and define cooling and ventilation solutions
Analyze mechanical interfaces between electrical, electronic, and structural components
Optimize space utilization, accessibility, and assembly
Design prototypes with manufacturability and industrialization in mind
Work with purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize costs, processes, and construction solutions
Resolve technical issues and support continuous product improvement
Provide technical support during prototype construction and validation
Perform technical calculations, simulations, and verification activities
Define and monitor mechanical, environmental, and functional testing
Prepare technical documentation for customers and certification bodies
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety, environmental, and product regulations
Participate in innovation projects and the development of new solutions
Propose improvements that enhance efficiency, reliability, and competitiveness
Help standardize solutions and promote component reuse

Requirements

Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
At least two years of experience designing and developing industrial or electronic equipment
Experience in power electronics, electrical equipment, converters, inverters, energy storage systems, or related industries is especially valued
Experience developing prototypes and providing technical support to manufacturing
Experience with product certification and validation is desirable
Advanced proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion, Inventor, Creo, Catia, or similar, including complex mechanical assemblies
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and design for industrialization
Experience or knowledge in electromechanical integration of power components and electronic equipment design
Knowledge of thermal management and heat dissipation in power electronics equipment
Ability to perform or interpret mechanical calculations, simulations, and validation results
Knowledge of electrical and product safety regulations
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems
Experience with SAP ERP
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Analytical approach and strong problem-solving ability
Technical precision and close attention to detail
Proactive and self-directed working style
Results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, viable solutions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
