Marketing Virtual Assistant – GoHighLevel & Meta Ads (Remote, Brazil)
Execute GoHighLevel CRM workflows and Meta Ads campaigns for EMS fitness studios, supporting creative updates, ad copy, funnels, automations, and reporting for international clients.
Description
- Refresh and resize Meta ad creatives, including text overlays, with Canva or CapCut
- Revise headlines, primary text, and descriptions across client ad accounts according to instructions and testing plans
- Manage and update GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, and email or SMS sequences
- Coordinate multiple client ad accounts and CRM environments using established naming conventions, systems, and checklists
- Apply written SOPs and video instructions accurately while working efficiently and precisely
- Raise unclear instructions, possible problems, and account inconsistencies before they affect execution
- Assist with basic reporting by capturing performance screenshots and exporting relevant data
- Complete a four-step selection process covering recruiting, technical assessment, cultural fit, and a final C-level interview
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience making campaign, ad set, and ad-level changes in Meta Ads Manager
- Practical experience creating or editing GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, and pipelines
- Proficiency with Canva or CapCut for editing creative assets, adding text overlays, and resizing video or image content
- Highly organized approach with the ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and naming conventions without confusing client accounts
- Fast, detail-oriented execution combined with proactive communication
- Strong written and spoken English for interpreting SOPs and communicating asynchronously with the team
- Based in Latin America and available to overlap with U.S. business hours
- Experience supporting a digital marketing agency across multiple client accounts is a plus
- Experience with fitness, gym, or local-service client campaigns is a plus
- Basic knowledge of ad metrics such as CPL and CTR for checking changes before launch is a plus
