Description
- Shape and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands by setting priorities, objectives, and performance measures
- Oversee campaigns, activations, events, promotional assets, and multichannel initiatives while maintaining brand consistency
- Evaluate market data, consumer behavior, competitors, and campaign results to develop strategic recommendations
- Control promotional spending, allocate resources efficiently, and improve financial and campaign outcomes
- Coordinate action plans with the Sales Force, internal teams, agencies, and external suppliers
- Manage cross-functional projects independently, maintaining governance, deadlines, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Substantial marketing experience, ideally within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or aesthetics
- Background in marketing planning, campaign delivery, budget administration, and performance measurement
- Experience coordinating with advertising and communications agencies and other external partners
- Working knowledge of market audits, digital marketing, and customer journey analysis
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency
