Marketing Communications Coordinator I - Indianapolis Onsite

Support marketing communications for Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, a civil infrastructure professional services firm. Create digital content, campaign materials, marketing resources, and performance reports across multiple channels.

Description

  • Support communications initiatives including award submissions, project and service marketing resources, thought leadership, collateral, and enablement materials
  • Develop, edit, proofread, and distribute content for websites, blogs, social media, digital signage, and other channels
  • Assist with editorial planning, campaign delivery, content testing, and digital or social media scheduling
  • Apply calls to action, campaign tracking, and measurement methods to strengthen communications performance
  • Produce and help evaluate campaign and content reports, documenting findings and recommendations
  • Help maintain consistent CMT branding across communications and marketing deliverables
  • Work with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Monday.com, and relevant digital marketing tools
  • Develop effective working relationships with marketing colleagues, technical staff, subject-matter experts, and internal clients
  • Deliver accurate, audience-focused work for review and approval within required timelines
  • Follow Marketing & Communications team practices and CMT brand guidelines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Support CMT’s mission and core values
  • Handle additional duties as assigned
  • Perform office-based work that may require extended periods seated or standing at a desk and using a computer

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • 0–3 years of relevant marketing, communications, or marketing experience
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing communications methods, tools, and principles
  • Basic familiarity with terminology and procedures used in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or digital marketing platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
  • Careful attention to detail and thorough task completion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing assignments
  • Basic copywriting, proofreading, and editing capabilities
  • Ability to use creativity to produce engaging content and improve processes
  • Foundational problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Demonstrated responsiveness, professionalism, and teamwork
