Description

Engage legal professionals at leading law firms and corporate legal departments to identify workflows, challenges, and opportunities for AI transformation
Lead consultative conversations and customized demonstrations of AI-powered solutions
Work with Account Executives to clarify client needs, shape purchasing decisions, and support AI adoption
Create high-impact technology pilots for customers and prospective clients
Set pilot objectives, select relevant practice areas, and identify legal tasks that can demonstrate scalable value
Advise senior partners, practice leaders, and operations managers as a trusted partner
Support customers through the cultural, behavioral, and process changes involved in moving from pilot to rollout
Work with marketing to develop content and messaging for legal audiences
Represent customer perspectives to product and sales teams
Track developments in AI and legal technology and share relevant expertise with internal and external audiences

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with at least three years' post-qualification experience at a top-tier law firm or within an in-house legal team
Demonstrated ability to engage senior legal stakeholders, earn their trust, and influence decisions
Exceptional presentation and facilitation abilities, including confidence with legal and executive audiences
Strong knowledge of legal workflows, operating processes, and cultural factors that affect technology adoption, especially in elite law firms and major corporate legal departments
Consultative, solutions-oriented approach with genuine interest in AI's effect on legal research, drafting, and analysis
Background in technology, consulting, sales, or another client-facing field is advantageous
Adaptability in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities change and creative thinking is encouraged
