Description

  • Lead the technical design and development of software solutions
  • Design solutions for complex business requirements
  • Prepare technical and procedural documentation
  • Coordinate resolution of complex problems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
  • Review software code, testing, and technical documentation
  • Apply modern methodologies and tools to advance business capabilities
  • Support and improve critical payment-processing services and related security controls
  • Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams
  • Maintain platform stability and address operational risks
  • Manage privileged-account compliance and investigate incidents
  • Lead service improvements and governance activities involving privileged access management, account discovery, compliance remediation, and secure operations

Requirements

  • A university or college degree is typically required; equivalent education, relevant certifications, and experience may be accepted instead
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Preferred experience supporting applications and production operations for enterprise payment or financial systems
  • Preferred experience supporting other critical enterprise systems used for customer activities
  • Preferred experience serving as a technical lead
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology, application support, cloud computing, code reviews, debugging, DevOps, payments, project management, requirements analysis, software development, system design, and technical design
  • Proficiency in application delivery, design, architecture, development tools, testing, packaged application integration, the system development life cycle, and technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 operating environment and resolve critical system issues outside regular hours
  • No certifications or licenses are required
  • PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT
