- Assist with onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
- Represent ALTEN Mexico at recruitment events and job fairs.
- Keep current with recruitment practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Up to one year of recruitment or human resources experience is desirable.
- Strong organization skills with careful attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
- Genuine interest in recruitment and helping people find suitable roles.
