Junior Cloud Engineer at Docebo (Hybrid, Italy)

Join Docebo as a Junior Cloud Engineer supporting secure, scalable AWS infrastructure for its AI-powered learning platform. Work with cloud automation, observability, compliance, and multi-tenant systems across the Milan and Biassono area.

Description

  • Apply AWS compute, storage, networking, and IAM changes with guidance from senior engineers
  • Build and improve Terraform and CloudFormation modules and scripts for provisioning, maintenance, and backups
  • Create and maintain Datadog and CloudWatch dashboards and alerts
  • Troubleshoot non-production issues using logs and metrics, implement fixes, and escalate complex problems
  • Partner with Product Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering teams
  • Assist with FedRAMP patching procedures and track security compliance through monitoring dashboards
  • Address identified security vulnerabilities
  • Write runbooks, configuration updates, and documentation for operational scripts
  • Help automate, protect, and scale Docebo’s multi-tenant AWS environments for its AI-powered learning platform

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable practical project experience
  • One to two years of cloud or infrastructure engineering experience, including relevant project work
  • Familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform
  • Ability to work comfortably in Linux environments
  • Experience with Bash or Python scripting
  • Knowledge of Git and CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI or Jenkins
  • Interest in Docker and Kubernetes technologies
  • Interest in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • A strong, methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Current and future legal authorization to work in the country of application without visa sponsorship
