Description

  • Design and develop complex systems and solutions that support Omexom’s digital transformation
  • Advise, assist, and train colleagues on IT-related matters
  • Resolve user issues through phone, email, and on-site helpdesk support
  • Work with IT teams across Europe as part of VINCI Energies
  • Plan, install, and operate complex IT environments
  • Administer servers, networks, cloud services, and IT security frameworks
  • Communicate directly with business customers
  • Help deliver projects involving new systems and technologies, from consulting and implementation to ongoing support
  • Assist customers by telephone, remote access, and on-site visits
  • Work at the Uedem site and other branch locations

Requirements

  • Intermediate secondary school qualification required; an advanced technical college entrance qualification or university entrance qualification is preferred
  • Some prior experience using computers or working with IT solutions
  • Good command of English
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people and contributing to a well-organized team
  • Category B driving licence
