Description

  • Administer, install, configure, and support client and server systems in Microsoft environments.
  • Manage Windows Server services and applications, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, and SQL Server.
  • Install, configure, and maintain customer networks, internet and VPN connections, and printer systems.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical IT incidents.
  • Assess requirements, advise customers, and provide technical support during quotation preparation.
  • Support users and contribute to a range of IT projects.
  • Take operational responsibility for maintaining customer IT services.
  • Provide first- and second-level IT support.
  • Log, categorize, and document user incidents in a ticketing system.

Requirements

  • Broad and practical expertise across IT systems and support.
  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable IT qualification; applicants with equivalent knowledge may also be considered.
  • Some professional experience in IT support, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Valid Class B driving license.
  • Able to work independently and follow a structured approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Open, authentic, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows client and server systems.
  • Experience with virtualization using VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with backup solutions.
  • Knowledge of networks and firewalls.
  • Experience installing and configuring VoIP telephone systems is an advantage.
