Support Resideo’s smart home and building solutions sales through customer relationship management, opportunity development, and sales-process coordination.

Description

  • Grow existing customer accounts by supporting sales activity, expanding relationships, and identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Pursue new business opportunities from development through conversion.
  • Handle the administrative and operational work required to keep sales processes running smoothly.
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions that improve their experience.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and communicate or escalate recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and advance business goals.
  • Keep current knowledge of Resideo products, systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Track changing customer and business needs to uncover opportunities for ongoing improvement and growth.
  • Build stronger relationships with current customers while helping convert prospective accounts.

Requirements

  • At least two years of previous sales experience.
  • Previous experience in the industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • A bachelor’s degree is valued.
  • This role does not offer US visa sponsorship.
