- Start each sales route with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials

- Visit customers’ homes to evaluate potential solutions
- Explain relevant products and services to customers
- Apply sales training and communication skills to support residential customers’ organization goals
- Close sales for custom home organization solutions
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or prior sales experience is required
- Be receptive to coaching
- Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset
- Complete the 12-week paid sales training program
- Have dependable access to a motor vehicle
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Maintain auto insurance
- Be able to enter residential homes and recommend closet designs
