Healthcare Training Coordinator

Coordinate healthcare training schedules, records, reporting, and employee progress for EXL. Support training operations within a data analytics and digital operations company.

Description

  • Organize and maintain training schedules, records, and reports while following up on outstanding items
  • Partner with trainers to enroll new employees in required courses and monitor completion progress
  • Verify that scheduled training is completed and accurately documented
  • Compile and distribute weekly and monthly summaries of training status, progress, and outcomes
  • Collect feedback from managers, employees, and cross-functional teams to assess training effectiveness
  • Identify and pursue practical ways to strengthen training effectiveness
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
  • Adhere to company compliance, information security, and regulatory policies, procedures, and programs

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and oversee multiple initiatives at the same time
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience as a coordinator, trainer, training facilitator, or in a comparable position
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent organization skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to meet demanding deadlines and remain effective under pressure
  • Strong general computer proficiency
  • Ability to complete repetitive work accurately
  • Sound independent judgment and decision-making ability
  • Consistently high level of accuracy
  • Self-directed approach with the ability to finish work promptly
  • Ability to work from a location in the United States
