Growth Marketing Specialist - Remote, New York

Drive digital campaign performance for an audio entertainment company through partner management, marketing analytics, and KPI-focused optimization. Build dashboards and recurring reports while improving campaign execution across key channels.

Description

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliate channels
  • Handle campaign setup, including trafficking, UTM creation, creative updates, and ad-unit quality checks
  • Work with external partners on projections, performance alignment, and campaign deliverables
  • Monitor partner spending and pacing across multiple data sources
  • Help onboard new partners by coordinating media plans, tracking setup, and documentation
  • Evaluate marketing and performance data while investigating discrepancies
  • Assist with reporting automation and create Tableau or Looker dashboards
  • Prepare recurring performance reports and ad hoc analyses for stakeholders and leadership
  • Recommend optimizations tied to established KPIs
  • Manage marketing operations tasks such as purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and internal workflow submissions
  • Support app event and pixel implementations while resolving tracking problems
  • Partner with legal, privacy, brand, internal, and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to marketing tests and new initiatives

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations and analytics, and Google partner management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related discipline
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, particularly app campaign management
  • Proficiency with Tableau or Looker for dashboard development, data analysis, and KPI-based optimization recommendations
  • Experience executing campaigns directly in Meta and Google Ads is preferred
  • Experience creating automated reports is preferred
