Description

  • Execute and refine paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and additional advertising channels
  • Track campaign results and surface ways to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates
  • Help create landing pages, lead magnets, and initiatives designed to increase conversions
  • Contribute to organic and paid growth programs across multiple channels
  • Create prospect lists that match defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
  • Investigate target companies, decision-makers, and potential market opportunities
  • Assist outbound sales efforts through prospect list building and data enrichment
  • Keep CRM records accurate and support pipeline administration
  • Help sales identify priority accounts and potential growth opportunities
  • Create and improve nurture email sequences for prospects and customers
  • Assist with lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing programs
  • Review email results and suggest improvements to engagement and conversion performance
  • Research target sectors, competitors, and broader market developments
  • Track competitor messaging, positioning, pricing, and product changes

  • Apply AI tools to speed up research, reporting, content development, analysis, and campaign delivery
  • Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and comparable AI platforms to support productivity and decisions
  • Create repeatable AI-enabled workflows for marketing, sales, and reporting tasks
  • Turn large volumes of information into practical insights and recommendations with AI
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and methods that can improve efficiency, accuracy, and output quality

Requirements

  • Bring 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing analytics, business operations, or a related field
  • Have experience managing or assisting with paid advertising campaigns
  • Know how to configure tags, triggers, and events in Google Tag Manager
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and reporting ability
  • Have worked with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Have experience creating email marketing and lead nurture campaigns
  • Apply strong research and data analysis skills
  • Communicate clearly in both writing and conversation
  • Work in an organized manner with careful attention to detail
  • Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms regularly
  • Understand prompt engineering and AI-supported workflows
  • Bring experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, the creator economy, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce
  • Have developed lead nurture, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation programs that improve engagement and conversion
  • Have supported sales teams with pipeline expansion and account-based targeting
  • Can turn marketing, sales, and revenue data into clear reports and practical insights
  • Understand workflow automation and process improvement using tools such as Zapier, Make, N8N, or comparable platforms
