Global Trade Compliance Analyst – Hybrid Manila

Manage SAP GTS screening, trade controls, audits, and compliance reporting for IFF’s global operations. Support the company’s flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health biosciences businesses.

Description

  • Run and oversee restricted-party and sanctions screening through SAP GTS and other platforms
  • Manage trade compliance systems, controls, records, procedures, and related documentation
  • Investigate and resolve screening exceptions, blocked transactions, compliance concerns, and escalations
  • Track regulatory and trade policy changes, evaluate their business impact, and support policy communications and updates
  • Create, maintain, and circulate global trade compliance KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and management reports
  • Evaluate compliance performance trends and recommend stronger controls and more effective operations
  • Assist with audits, internal control assessments, remediation, compliance data gathering, and corrective-action monitoring
  • Oversee compliance requirements for controlled products, regulated materials, and drug precursors, including documentation and regulatory implementation
  • Work with global and regional stakeholders to standardize processes, strengthen governance, provide training and guidance, and maintain consistent compliance across IFF entities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, international trade, finance, information systems, or a related discipline
  • Two to four years of experience in trade compliance, compliance operations, shared services, supply chain, logistics, or a related area
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, databases, or business applications
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience using SAP GTS or another trade compliance platform
  • Background in sanctions screening, denied-party screening, or compliance monitoring
  • Experience assisting with audits, compliance reporting, or KPI administration
