Full-Time On-Site Merchandiser / Order Writer - Mondelēz, Munster, IN

Represent Mondelēz in local stores by stocking and promoting Oreo, Ritz, and other snack brands. Manage product orders, displays, store relationships, and availability.

Description

  • Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers as the company’s in-store representative.
  • Complete daily store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence standards, including photographing displays through DMI.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
  • Place product orders on an iPad through Salesforce to support in-stock shelves and displays.
  • Install promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated store plans.
  • Work according to the daily schedules and priorities established by the RTM.
  • Support seasonal sales initiatives, product launches, and prominent merchandising events.
  • Report store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
  • Handle physical merchandising duties, including moving products from stock rooms to sales floors and stocking shelves.

Requirements

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Able to drive a personally owned vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
  • Able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Must live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Munster, Indiana.
  • Must be available Monday through Saturday.
  • Must be available to start at 6:00 AM.
