Full-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer

Stock Mondelēz snacks, place product orders, and build promotional displays at assigned Pennsylvania stores. The role supports retail sales through store visits, shelf maintenance, and coordination with store teams.

Description

  • Represent Mondelēz in stores with a professional, positive approach and a focus on high standards
  • Provide helpful service to store teams and shoppers
  • Visit stores daily in line with Mondelēz Direct Store Delivery (DSD) merchandising standards
  • Photograph displays through the digital merchandising initiative (DMI)
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store staff
  • Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and keep shelves and displays stocked
  • Set up promotional displays and follow plans negotiated by the Retail Territory Manager (RTM)
  • Work to the daily schedule and priorities established by the RTM
  • Assist with seasonal sales, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
  • Share store observations, problems, and opportunities with the RTM and management team
  • Lift, bend, move, stock, and carry products from stockrooms to store shelves
  • Follow planograms, assemble displays, and maintain shelf standards

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred; alternatively, you can earn a GED while developing the required skills
  • One to three years of retail or consumer goods experience is preferred
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude and the motivation to work independently
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations
  • Be able to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds repeatedly
  • Occasionally push or pull more than 50 pounds
  • Live within 25 to 35 miles of the primary location in Oley, Pennsylvania
  • Be available to work the required schedule, with Tuesdays and Sundays off
