Freelance Graphic Designer Philippines Remote

Mindrift is seeking a freelance graphic designer in the Philippines to create logos, visual identities, layouts, and marketing assets for AI technology projects. This part-time remote opportunity supports the Tendem project.

Description

  • Contribute to the Tendem project as a freelance graphic designer
  • Develop professional logos and visual identity concepts from creative briefs and brand requirements
  • Explore varied logo directions and build effective visual symbols and identity systems
  • Apply branding principles consistently across assets and formats
  • Produce clean layouts, modern infographics, social media templates, one-pagers, and other marketing and communications materials
  • Use advanced typography, grid systems, color, and composition to strengthen visual materials
  • Turn raw data and concepts into polished assets aligned with marketing and communication objectives
  • Check visual alignment, color application, and layout consistency before delivery
  • Manage varied visual design assignments independently while maintaining quality and consistency

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications is desirable
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating professional graphic design work, including logo design, branding, or visual identity development
  • Include a portfolio link in the CV; applications without a portfolio link or relevant graphic design case studies will not be considered
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related creative field is a plus
  • Strong command of branding principles, including typography, color, visual language, consistency, and cross-format application
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn abstract brand ideas into distinctive visual concepts
  • Exceptional command of typography, precise grid systems, and visual composition
  • Demonstrated ability to create modern infographics and social media templates
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma
  • Ability to adapt designs for one-pagers and digital templates
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented approach suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to delivering polished, professional-grade assets
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple visual tasks simultaneously
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher is required
  • Submit the CV in English
