Description
- Maintain QuickBooks Online records through receipt processing, transaction categorization, and account reconciliations.
- Run end-to-end payroll for Canadian employees and arrange payments to contractors.

- Prepare client invoices, manage Accounts Receivable, and follow up on overdue balances.
- Reconcile monthly advertising spend and calculate management fee charges.
- Manage month-end close activities and prepare monthly profit and loss statements.
- Produce weekly Accounts Receivable reports and monitor client-level profitability for leadership planning.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Demonstrated experience in an agency or other service-based business.
- Strong experience handling multi-currency operations and international payments.
- Professional communication skills, including effective collections and payment follow-up.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Canadian payroll rules and tax obligations.
- Experience using advanced financial reporting and data visualization tools.
- Background in a high-growth startup or expansion-stage organization.
- Familiarity with agency billing platforms or project management software.
