- Lead CEOs and founders with high-impact financial guidance aligned to strategic objectives
- Lead major finance initiatives, including exits, fundraising, and acquisition due diligence
- Provide industry expertise, financial planning, and risk management that create additional business value
- Analyse financial performance and produce comprehensive reports
- Turn financial analysis into clear strategic recommendations
- Manage cash flow and working capital to support sustainable growth
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Assess financial risks and implement measures that protect organisational financial health
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a CFO or senior finance leader
- A strong record of delivering transformative financial initiatives
- Practical expertise in fundraising, exits, and due diligence
- Broad industry knowledge with the ability to deliver valuable commercial insight
- Advanced financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly effective communication skills for working with executive leaders and stakeholders
- A recognised accountancy qualification such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW, or ICAS
