Founding Operations Executive Assistant / Office Manager – San Mateo Hybrid

Support MintMCP’s founders with executive assistance, office operations, and discreet handling of sensitive information. The role combines calendar management, Bay Area workplace coordination, and building AI-enabled operational workflows.

Description

  • Manage the founders’ calendars, protect focus time, prioritize requests, resolve conflicts, and follow through on commitments
  • Coordinate the San Mateo and San Francisco offices, including facilities, supplies, vendors, and visitors
  • Collaborate across teams to help keep company operations and schedules on track
  • Manage calendar access, sensitive discussions, and compensation-related information with sound judgment and discretion
  • Create agentic workflows in MintMCP’s product to simplify operations and support better decisions

Requirements

  • Approximately 2–4 years of experience in administration, coordination, or team assistance, with readiness to grow into a full executive assistant and office manager role
  • Strong judgment and discretion
  • Careful handling of calendars, sensitive conversations, and compensation-related information
  • Ability to remain composed during interruptions and set boundaries with executives when necessary
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Quick learner who is already comfortable with AI tools or can adopt them rapidly
  • Motivation to develop new skills and take on unfamiliar responsibilities
  • Preferred: experience building or directing AI agents or agentic workflows
  • Preferred: experience supporting a founder or senior executive
  • Preferred: experience running an office, managing vendors and workplace space, or using tools, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and automation to improve scheduling
  • Willingness to work in the San Francisco Bay Area in a hybrid arrangement, three days per week from the San Mateo or San Francisco offices, as indicated in the application questions.
