Build prospect lists and coordinate outreach campaigns.
Develop proposals and presentation materials for pitches.
Keep the CRM up to date and manage structured follow-ups.
Prepare executive meetings with agendas, research, and relevant materials.
Produce business analyses and presentations.
Monitor results and track unresolved action items.
Document recurring workflows and help automate them.
Apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
Establish basic reporting workflows.
Assist with eCommerce Night, trade shows, DMEXCO, and other events.
Coordinate invitations and manage guest communications.
Help create content for LinkedIn.

Requirements

Be currently enrolled as a student.
Work in a highly organized and dependable manner.
Have excellent written and spoken German skills.
Have a good command of English.
Be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
A strong interest in AI tools is an advantage.
Previous experience in a startup, agency, sales, or personal projects is welcome but not required.
