- Collaborate directly with the executive team across eFLY, Leadseek, Simventory, and related projects.
- Build prospect lists and coordinate outreach campaigns.
- Develop proposals and presentation materials for pitches.
- Keep the CRM up to date and manage structured follow-ups.
- Prepare executive meetings with agendas, research, and relevant materials.
- Produce business analyses and presentations.
- Monitor results and track unresolved action items.
- Document recurring workflows and help automate them.
- Apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish basic reporting workflows.
- Assist with eCommerce Night, trade shows, DMEXCO, and other events.
- Coordinate invitations and manage guest communications.
- Help create content for LinkedIn.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Be currently enrolled as a student.
- Work in a highly organized and dependable manner.
- Have excellent written and spoken German skills.
- Have a good command of English.
- Be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- A strong interest in AI tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a startup, agency, sales, or personal projects is welcome but not required.
