Descriere

  • Collaborate directly with the executive team across eFLY, Leadseek, Simventory, and related projects.
  • Build prospect lists and coordinate outreach campaigns.
  • Develop proposals and presentation materials for pitches.
  • Keep the CRM up to date and manage structured follow-ups.
  • Prepare executive meetings with agendas, research, and relevant materials.
  • Produce business analyses and presentations.
  • Monitor results and track unresolved action items.
  • Document recurring workflows and help automate them.
  • Apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish basic reporting workflows.
  • Assist with eCommerce Night, trade shows, DMEXCO, and other events.
  • Coordinate invitations and manage guest communications.
  • Help create content for LinkedIn.

Cerințe

  • Be currently enrolled as a student.
  • Work in a highly organized and dependable manner.
  • Have excellent written and spoken German skills.
  • Have a good command of English.
  • Be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
  • A strong interest in AI tools is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a startup, agency, sales, or personal projects is welcome but not required.
