Founders Associate Intern at eFLY — Hybrid in Stuttgart
Support eFLY, a marketplace services startup, across sales, business development, and operations. Contribute to executive projects, events, process automation, and LinkedIn content.
Description
- Collaborate directly with the executive team across multiple companies and projects, including eFLY, Leadseek, and Simventory.
- Develop lead lists, run outreach campaigns, prepare proposals and pitch materials, maintain CRM records, and manage systematic follow-ups.
- Organize meeting preparation by creating agendas, researching participants, and assembling supporting materials.
- Produce analyses and presentations while monitoring results and unresolved action items.
- Document recurring workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
- Apply AI tools to improve efficiency and create straightforward reports.
- Assist with eCommerce Night, trade fairs, DMEXCO, and other events.
- Coordinate invitations and guest arrangements.
- Help develop content for LinkedIn.
- Take responsibility for assigned work and complete tasks independently, including in areas where processes are still evolving.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled at a university.
- Work in a highly organized, reliable, and dependable manner.
- Have excellent written and spoken German and good English skills.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint with confidence.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in AI tools; prior experience is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a startup, agency, sales role, or personal projects is welcome but not required.
