Forward Deployed Engineer at FLOWX.AI

Support FLOWX.AI clients and partners as they implement AI agents, configuring integrations and handling testing and troubleshooting. The Bucharest-based role also includes training and project health audits.

Description

  • Guide clients and implementation partners through every phase of their projects with practical technical advice.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Work with clients, partners, and internal teams to address complex technical challenges.
  • Gather feedback from clients and partners and identify potential product improvements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in classroom training for clients and partners.
  • Help clients build independent expertise in FlowX.AI capabilities and best practices.
  • Create and maintain development frameworks, standards, error-handling methods, and configuration best practices.
  • Establish project checklists and health-check procedures.
  • Produce regular audit reports to assess project health.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a technical role, such as Java development or configuration on a BPMN 2.0 platform.
  • A solid understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience working with JSON and REST, HTTP/HTTPS tools such as Postman.
  • Familiarity with architecture principles, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Fluent English.
