Opis
- Guide clients and implementation partners through every phase of their projects with practical technical advice.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them promptly.
- Work with clients, partners, and internal teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Gather feedback from clients and partners and identify potential product improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in classroom training for clients and partners.
- Help clients build independent expertise in FlowX.AI capabilities and best practices.
- Create and maintain development frameworks, standards, error-handling methods, and configuration best practices.
- Establish project checklists and health-check procedures.
- Produce regular audit reports to assess project health.
Zahteve
- At least two years of experience in a technical role, such as Java development or configuration on a BPMN 2.0 platform.
- A solid understanding of software development principles.
- Experience working with JSON and REST, HTTP/HTTPS tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with architecture principles, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
