Description
- Create strategies and execute action plans that grow adoption of Alcoa® aluminum wheels for trucks, buses, and trailers in place of steel wheels.
- Persuade transportation fleets to purchase Alcoa® wheel products.
- Develop relationships with fleets at every level.
- Partner with distributors to identify and grow business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with tire, suspension, axle, and wheel-attachment manufacturers, as well as truck and trailer dealers.
- Collaborate within a multicultural team operating across Europe.
- Spend most of the working week visiting fleet customers.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience.
- Be a native Italian speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
- Bring experience in field sales and selling high-value products.
- Knowledge of the commercial transportation sector is advantageous.
- Be motivated, passionate, and results-oriented.
- Be dependable and able to work independently.
- Take ownership and provide practical solutions.
- Experience working from home is preferred.
- Be willing to travel regularly and spend nights away from home.
