Financial Systems Analyst I – Oracle FCCS at American Express, Gurgaon Hybrid
Configure and support Oracle FCCS while translating Hyperion finance processes into functional and technical specifications. Partner with American Express finance and technology stakeholders across Agile delivery, testing, training, and change management.
Description
- Collect and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Partner with product, finance process, and technology teams to design and configure solutions aligned with business needs.
- Use EPM financial design and configuration best practices to deliver scalable, auditable solutions.
- Configure and provide ongoing support for the Oracle FCCS module.
- Develop user stories and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups within the Scrum process.
- Assist with change management, user training, and testing across stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of experience as a business, finance, or product analyst in an Oracle EPM environment.
- Working familiarity with Oracle FCCS or HFM application services and related business processes.
- Strong analytical ability, including translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience working with Agile development practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAFe Agilist certification or a comparable Agile credential is preferred.
- Oracle FCCS or HFM certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle FCCS or HFM financial processes, configuration, and solution design is preferred.
