Finance Manager at Seen Health — United States Remote

Lead FP&A, accounting, and financial operations for Seen Health’s technology-enabled senior-care PACE program. Build scalable processes, strengthen financial reporting, and support strategic growth decisions.

Description

  • Lead daily finance operations across monthly close, billing, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, commissions, and cash management
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Deliver accurate investor, board, and management reporting supported by clear financial explanations
  • Support and ultimately oversee accounting processes managed with external accounting partners
  • Maintain accurate, compliant healthcare financial reporting
  • Review existing workflows during the first 30 days, address inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements within 90 days
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Operations, and Expansion on pricing, gross-margin improvement, unit economics, and growth initiatives
  • Advise the Finance Lead and Executive Leadership Team on capital allocation, growth decisions, and financial strategy
  • Assess, implement, and promote finance technology, including AI-enabled tools, to increase operational efficiency and financial insight

Requirements

  • Healthcare experience is required, with PACE, value-based care, or health plan experience strongly preferred
  • Experience combining FP&A and accounting responsibilities in one role
  • Five to eight or more years of experience in finance or a related field
  • Experience working at a venture capital- or private equity-backed company
  • Startup or high-growth experience, including building processes in lean environments
  • Experience in a scaled or larger organization
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end financial operations with limited oversight
  • Strong accounting knowledge, including oversight or management of accounting functions; CPA status is not required
  • Familiarity with Ramp, Rippling, Sage, or comparable finance and accounting platforms
  • Strong analytical ability and experience turning data into clear financial narratives
  • Hands-on experience using advanced technology and AI tools in finance workflows
  • CPA, CFA, or another relevant certification preferred
