Field Service Technician – Northlake, TX

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring an onsite Field Service Technician in Northlake, Texas, to repair and maintain lift trucks. The role includes customer equipment service, van inventory management, and job documentation.

Description

  • Diagnose and repair Crown and other manufacturers’ lift trucks
  • Complete scheduled maintenance on customer lift trucks
  • Manage the service van and maintain its inventory
  • Complete required paperwork after each service call

Requirements

  • Under two years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and ability to operate lift trucks safely
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Working knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines
  • Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach
  • Familiarity with hand tools, electrical and air tools, torches, arc welders, and testing equipment
  • Ability to understand service manuals, plan work, and follow tasks through to completion
