Description

  • Oversee equipment service operations for customers across the Orlando, Florida area
  • Build specialized knowledge of coffee brewers and related equipment through company training
  • Deliver responsive customer service focused on satisfaction and retention
  • Complete preventive maintenance, installations, removals, asset management, and emergency repairs
  • Track equipment inventory, conduct scheduled warehouse counts, and order replacement parts when needed
  • Maintain records of procedures, electronic invoices, customer details, quality concerns, and related service activity
  • Operate and care for a company vehicle stocked with parts and shelving

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent credential
  • Live within 30–40 miles of Orlando, Florida
  • Demonstrated strength in customer service
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds and drive frequently
  • Available for rotating on-call coverage at least once monthly on a four-week schedule
  • Able to travel elsewhere in Florida for maintenance coverage as needed, potentially monthly
  • Entry-level experience with plumbing and electrical work
