Event Design Coordinator - UK Remote

Coordinate print and digital creative production for Tether’s global blockchain and digital finance products. Manage designers, vendors, quality checks, and event delivery schedules across multiple workstreams.

Description

  • Oversee intake, production, and quality control for Tether’s event creative requests
  • Define deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, venue limitations, vendor constraints, and brand needs
  • Flag schedule conflicts, impractical turnaround requests, and incomplete briefs while recommending feasible solutions
  • Give designers detailed briefs and coordinate multiple event projects at once
  • Monitor request progress and raise emerging bottlenecks early
  • Check print and digital assets for brand alignment, copy accuracy, resolution, color settings, bleed, trim, safe areas, file types, and platform requirements
  • Develop and maintain a scalable quality assurance checklist and workflow
  • Organize event assets, briefs, final files, vendor information, production requirements, and project learnings
  • Plan for vendor lead times, print schedules, scope adjustments, and shipping risks
  • Include contingency time and fallback options in project schedules
  • Work with vendors and print or production partners to validate specifications and delivery dates
  • Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design informed with timely status updates
  • Bridge communication between business requesters and the design team
  • Refine intake and review workflows based on event results

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management involving substantial event work
  • Hands-on experience managing print and digital production workflows
  • Working knowledge of dielines, safe areas, RGB, and print production specifications
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Track record of handling concurrent cross-functional requests with competing deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience evaluating designers’ creative work and providing practical, actionable feedback
  • Proactive approach focused on identifying and mitigating risks early
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience with Asana, Monday, or comparable project management platforms
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design review tools
  • Experience creating shared-drive structures or team asset libraries
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Spanish fluency is explicitly required; Italian is an advantage
